Our Experience

Managing Attorney Curt Staropoli attended the University of Delaware, graduating in 1988, and subsequently graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1992.

Following graduation from Villanova, Curt spent the next 10 years practicing as an associate attorney with Philadelphia area law firms, including Swartz Campbell LLC, Bodell, Bove, Grace & Van Horn, PC and Grant & Eisenhofer, PA. During this period, he gained extensive litigation and first chair trial experience in both the commercial and casualty areas, and expanded his practice areas to include commercial transactions and general corporate law.

In March of 2002, Curt founded The Law Offices of Curtis Staropoli, LLC in order to improve service delivery to his clients. Curt’s current practice with the Law Offices  focuses on the representation of businesses and business owners in commercial litigation and corporate governance matters, as well as the representation of individuals in personal injury and consumer litigation.

In addition to his law practice, Curt is an adjunct faculty member at Wilmington College, where he occasionally teaches elective courses in the school’s MBA program. Curt and his wife Susan live in West Chester, Pennsylvania with their two children.
